When our home in Plainfield burned in Dec., 1992, a neighbor advised to go to a public adjuster, specifically Brian Birmingham.

Our relying on him made immense difference. We avoided a manipulative "big check" from the insurance agent, we had counsel on how to proceed and what our rights were.

Psychologically as well as financial Brian's role benefitted us immensely.

I know indirectly of at least two other cases where his clients were more than satisfied.

We had a fire at our home in Dec. Hanover Insurance Company sent In-Star Action Fire to my home. I was away on business. In-Star did nothing but wipe our home with a water sponge and charged my claim over $6000.00. I kicked In-Star our of my home when I discovered their sub-par work. Thanks to Brian.
Our Hanover adjuster Bob Czeparowski refused to pay the contractor I hired to repair the damage from the fire. Hanover forced us into a hearing. If it wasn't for Brian Hanover would have paid us nothing and refused to pay my contractor to make repairs.
Hanover then tried to get Prospect Builders to come to my home to give an estimate.
To all who read this STAY AWAY FROM IN-STAR ACTION FIRE AND PROSPECT BUILDERS. They are both tied into the insurance industry and are nothing but fire truck chasers. They do sub-par work with day laborers who have no experience.
Thanks Brian for all the work you've done for us.
